Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Mon-Sat and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days.

We currently only ship to the UK.

UK delivery is free.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As our order processing system starts to process the order and initiate shipping within a few hours, it may not be possible to cancel an order once placed.

If you need to cancel an order, you need to contact us as soon as possible, so that we can attempt a cancellation before it have been shipped.

RETURNS

You may return unopened items within 30 days. Items purchased in December may be returned until the end of January. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. 

To start a return, please use the form below to initiate the return. You will need to cover the return postage.

Items damaged or defective upon receipt

When receiving your order, please inspect it carefully, and contact us immediately if the items is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation soonest possible.

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please take a photo or two, and email them to us at candles@holmgreen.co.uk so that we can take up the issue with our shipper.

When a return have been accepted, you must return it to us within 14 days, or you need to start a new return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or any made-to-order items.

If you ordered through Amazon, you need to do the return through Amazon - go to Amazon and choose "orders" in the upper right corner, and find your order from there.
